Roblox Studio's Device Emulator supports simulated single-touch and two-touch input during playtesting.

Enable touch simulation
  1. Open Device Emulator from Studio's Test menu.
  2. Select a mobile device from the device selector above the 3D viewport.
  3. Start a playtest.
Touch simulation is automatically enabled when you select a mobile device.
