A few worth calling out. Steal An Egg's Halloween Dimension opens a gateway with bosses and secret eggs, and it is the first part of a two part event. Dress To Impress gets a big Halloween and fall update. Fisch's FischFright 3 is the third edition of its limited Halloween event and the longest of the season at 23 days. Grow a Garden runs GHOUL GARDEN with activities, a Halloween garden, a new currency and new plants, pets and gear.
What was already live before October 17
A number of games started their Halloween events earlier in the month. As of October 17, eighteen events were live across fifteen games. The busiest was Adopt Me!, sitting at 262,250 players in the October 17 chart, in the third week of its Halloween update until October 23. Dandy's World has been running its Halloween event since October 2 and it goes until November 6. Piggy started Fright Night Season 9 on October 1 and runs to November 1. Welcome to Bloxburg has a Halloween event from October 8 to November 2 with Halloween activities, spooky places to explore and Halloween items for your house.
Three events ended on October 17. Ride A Pet's event wrapped at 13:00 UTC, Pet Simulator 99!'s Hatch Wars ended at 16:00 UTC, and Murderers VS Sheriffs' GIFTS+INFECTION ended at 20:00 UTC. If you were chasing those, they are gone.
FischFright 3: the deep dive
FischFright 3 is the event to plan around this year. It started October 17 at 16:00 UTC and runs to November 9 at 17:00 UTC, which makes it 23 days long, seven more than each of the last two FischFrights. A new event island called Caustic Hallow is reached by ship. The Flying Dutchman sits on the east side of Moosewood, and its NPC, the Dutchman Captain, sails players over.
The event runs on a currency called Treats. You earn them from selling event fish to the Frightful Merchant, turning in NPC quests which pay between 500 and 3,000 Treats each, trick or treating at island houses with the Candy Bucket, opening Frightful Caskets and redeeming codes. The second resource is witch ingredients, which come from goblins. Every five minutes three goblins spawn at one of 13 locations across the map, and a server message announces each spawn. You have 15 minutes from the spawn to finish the small challenge, which might be catching a fish, dancing, chatting or answering trivia.
The Pumpkin King stands at the fountain in the middle of Caustic Hallow. His first task is to catch 15 FischFright fish around the island, which pays out the Classic Pumpkin Bobber, 500 Treats and Frightful Caskets. Nine NPC questlines run across the island, and four of them end in a rod or rod skin. The Webweaver Rod costs 7,000 Treats. The Eldritch Rod unlocks at Hex Stage II by feeding Beatrix's Cauldron. A hooded NPC by the green lantern runs the hardest chain: catch 100 fish in Frightful Pools, land 50 perfect catches consecutively in those pools, and defeat one Haunted House ghost.
Two codes are live. FischFright2026 gives 226 Treats, 2,026 Coins, The Doomsekkar bobber and a Jack-o-Statue Lantern. ThanksFor5B gives 500 Treats, 5,000 Coins, a Mega Party Bobber, the 5B Title, 50 Instant Catchers, 50 Luminous Larvae and a random item. Redeem them under Menu, then Codes.
The Flying Dutchman merchant flies across Caustic Hallow selling ritual materials, totems and cosmetics for Treats. The top item, Dutchman's Grasp, costs 25,000 Treats. In past FischFrights the event fish and most rewards could only be earned while the event ran, and every fish from those events is now listed as no longer obtainable on the Fisch Wiki. Treat the November 9 end date as a hard deadline.
The Hollow: Roblox's own event
Roblox runs a platform level Halloween event called The Hollow, announced by a 29 second teaser on its X account on October 10. It starts October 22. On October 17, Roblox named the nine games taking part: DOORS, WARDEN, Animal Hospital, The Mimic, Scary Shawarma Kiosk: the ANOMALY, Piggy, Dandy's World, 99 Nights in the Forest and Demonology. Roblox has not yet given a start time or rewards for The Hollow, so keep an eye on the official Roblox accounts for those details. DOORS separately announces THE CANDY VAULT from October 22, still with no details.
Later in October
The season keeps going after the October 17 wave. On October 18, Break and Steal an Egg's Halloween update starts at 12:00 UTC, with Anime Dice and Pet Store Tycoon following in the evening. October 23 brings the fourth week of Adopt Me!'s Halloween update at 15:05 UTC, Brookhaven RP's Halloween event at 18:00 UTC and Jujutsu Shenanigans' Halloween update at 21:00 UTC, which runs all the way to November 23. Jujutsu Shenanigans was originally dated October 17 and moved, so double check the event page if you are planning around it.
Keeping track of every event and clock change
Two clock changes fall inside the season and they shift the UTC times. Europe leaves summer time on October 25. The United States changes on November 1. That means Steal An Egg's 15:00 UTC start on October 17 is 17:00 in Paris, 11:00 in New York and 08:00 in Los Angeles. After October 25 it is 16:00 in Paris. After November 1 it becomes 10:00 in New York.
The Headless Horseman bundle returned to the Roblox catalog on October 17 at 31,000 Robux. As of October 17, three of the ten most played games still had no Halloween event on their Roblox pages: Forsaken, Murder Mystery 2 and Blox Fruits.
