What The Hollow Actually Is
The Hollow is a platform-wide survival event, not a bundle of separate game events. Roblox put one shared hub on the front page and built a single continuous game inside it. You run a maze, you look for clues, and you try not to get caught by whatever is in there that day.

The structure is the part worth remembering. A different monster appears each day for nine days, so the hub is never the same place twice in a row. Roblox's own description says the space grows increasingly unsettling as the event progresses. That means the maze you learn on October 23 is not the maze you get on October 29.

Nine monsters over nine nights is also a deliberate change from The Haunt, which ran from October 24 to November 1 in 2024 with 22 participating games. The Haunt sent you out to visit a different experience per reward. The Hollow keeps everything in one hub and rotates the threat instead.

The timings below come straight from Roblox's announcement, and they are the part most guides get wrong. A widely shared rumor put the start at 11 AM PDT. Roblox says 2 PM PT on October 22.

October 22 at 2 PM PT is 5 PM ET, 10 PM BST and 11 PM CEST. If you are in Southeast Asia, that is October 23 in the early hours, so plan around the date change rather than the hour.

Roblox Plus members can enter the hub early at noon PT on October 22, three hours before everyone else. That window is for exploring, not for finishing the event.

The last day to collect rewards is noon PST on November 2. The finale happens on October 31, so you have roughly two days of tail to finish anything you missed.

Who the Monsters Are
Roblox named all nine, and each one is pulled from the game that made it famous. The exact arrival order is not confirmed by Roblox, so treat the table above as the likely sequence based on the announcement order.

Seek from DOORS. The most recognizable horror entity on Roblox. Seek chases you through the dark and is the monster most players will already know how to run from.
Piggy from Piggy. Released January 28, 2020, it helped popularize the escape-room horror format on the platform.
Hiachi from The Mimic. Four stories drawn from Japanese history and urban legends, rated Moderate.
Twisted Dandy from Dandy's World. A mascot-horror extraction game where you run machines while the cast hunts you.
Mimic from Animal Hospital. Part of the Animal Anomaly line of games, rated Minimal for younger players.
The Inspector from Scary Shawarma Kiosk, Biter from Demonology, The Deer from 99 Nights in the Forest, and The Overseer from Warden round out the nine.

The mix is telling. Three of the nine games sit at Minimal or Mild maturity, which matters for anyone playing on a Select account.

Maturity Ratings and Access
Roblox says The Hollow is available to anyone with a Roblox Select or standard Roblox account, which means ages 9 and up in most regions. The fine print is that ages and access vary by region.

This is where the June 2026 account split bites. Roblox replaced its single account type with three tiers: Roblox Kids for ages 5 to 8, Roblox Select for ages 9 to 15, and standard accounts for 16 and older. Select accounts can see games rated up to Moderate, so the horror lineup should be within reach for them. Players on Roblox Kids accounts sit below the event's floor and will not get in.

Roblox Plus Perks Worth Knowing
Roblox Plus replaced Premium in 2026, and it is a paid subscription at $4.99 a month. For this event it does three things.

Early hub access at noon PT on October 22, three hours before the general opening.
An exclusive profile frame and background for subscribers.
An exclusive item launcher that lets you gift items to other players during the event.

Subscribers also keep the event theme after the finale ends. Roblox released the Hollow theme on October 20, two days before the announcement, and it is a Plus-only app theme. If you are already subscribed, you can turn it on now and have it ready.

What Is Actually for Sale
The Hollow has no codes. Anything claiming to sell you one is a scam. Roblox is very direct about this, and the confusion usually comes from a completely different game called HOLLOW, a Bleach-inspired RPG that does have codes for rerolls and experience. Two different things, one name.

The paid side of Halloween is the Marketplace. Roblox lists the Hollow Horseman among the seasonal items, alongside dozens of exclusive avatar items and new makeup looks. The Headless Horseman bundle costs 31,000 Robux at full price, or 24,800 Robux if you have held Plus for three months in a row. Roblox has kept that 31,000 price since the bundle first went on sale on October 31, 2013. It went on sale October 1 this year, and Roblox has not published a last day, though in past years it has left in the first days of November.

Younger players have their own track. Roblox's announcement names the Hauntlet minigame returning to Adopt Me with new rewards and pets, and a Welcome to Bloxburg Halloween event with minigames like Pumpkin Panic and Ghost Hunt. There is also a Duck Duck Halloween crossover tied to the Family Zone, where parents and kids hunt for hidden ducks in costumes while the page walks through online safety features.

Creator Streams and the Finale
Every day, creator champions play from inside the Hollow via livestream. Roblox named LimaMosca, KreekCraft, Bundun and SirDapper. For players who would rather watch than run the maze, these streams are the easiest way to learn the layout before you commit.

The live finale for all players starts the morning of October 31. Roblox has not said what it contains. Based on past events, expect something time-limited that you cannot replay later, so treat the morning slot as fixed.

How to Prepare

Favorite the nine games now. Servers on day one will be full, especially in DOORS and 99 Nights in the Forest, which already carry huge player counts.
Play the games you do not know. The Mimic and Scary Shawarma Kiosk are the two most likely to surprise you if you have never opened them.
Check your account tier. If you are on a Roblox Kids account, the event is out of reach until you age up.
Set a reminder for 2 PM PT on October 22, not 11 AM. The earlier time is a rumor.
Skip any site offering Hollow codes or free event items. They do not exist, and the ones asking for your password are after your account.
