PHIGHTING Complete Guide (October 2026): the 15 Phighters, the Three PvP Modes, Crossroads Must Fall, and How to Win

Quick Summary
The Roblox page describes PHIGHTING! as "a class-based third person shooter reimagining classic ROBLOX gears and games with a modern twist," and the game plays exactly like that sentence. You pick one of 15 characters, each with its own health, shield, personality and dialogue, then spend a match working through five or six abilities plus an ultimate.
The page still carries a beta warning, and the developers are blunt about what that means: "This game is a passion project, so there are no set deadlines for any updates."
The official PHIGHTING! Wiki on Miraheze was created on 21 April 2022 and now holds 553 pages, 59,797 edits and 55 contributors.
Rolimon's has the game at 94,963,276 visits, 215,141 upvotes against 14,068 downvotes for a 93.862% rating, 542,436 favorites and an average playtime of 17.18 minutes. Its all-time peak concurrent count is 27,117, set about three weeks before this was written, which lines up with the Crossroads update, while the past 24 hours sat around 3,000.
The Phighters: Three Roles, One Ability Skeleton
Phighters sort into three categories. Melee Phighters want to be inside the fight, Ranged Phighters want to work the edge of it, and Support Phighters want to keep the rest of the team standing. Only one of each Phighter can be on a team at a time, so your pick is a real commitment.
Every Phighter runs the same six slot structure, which makes learning a new one cheaper than it looks:
Health and shield are separate pools that together make up a Phighter's hitpoints, so a shield break is not the same as a health loss.
The Three PvP Modes
Phights run two teams of up to five, and the gamemode is decided by the map you land on.
Matches open in the PHIGHT! Lobby with an intermission, then Flipside announces three maps and the lobby votes. Most maps carry an equal chance of appearing, but special ones like Boomball and The Normal Elevator show up at a lower rate.
The default timer is four minutes. If the win condition is unmet at zero the match goes to Overtime, and that is not a formality. Overtime fires a ten second countdown that restarts one second shorter each time the trailing team takes the lead, bottoming out at three seconds, and the scoreboard disappears for every mode except Annihilate.
Expect other wrinkles too. Bonus rounds, Sword events and One Minute Left, which triggers as soon as a minute remains, can change the shape of a map mid match. Lobbies also close on their own after a random number of rounds between 20 and 70, which is the game quietly keeping servers from going stale.
At the end of a match you get a ranked performance list plus an MVP and an SVP. The wiki publishes the formula: Annihilate is Kills plus (Assists times 0.5) minus Deaths, and Conquer and Escort add (Points times 0.03) on top. SVP goes to the best performer on the losing side, and a tie goes to whoever joined first.
There are eight end of round badges to chase: Sidekick for most assists, Perfection for not dying after taking or dealing damage, Unstoppable for the longest kill streak, Berserker for most damage, Bloodbath for first blood, Scourge for most kills, Guardian for most healing and Bulwark for most objective points.
Crossroads Must Fall: The PvE Mode
Crossroads Must Fall is the first PvE gamemode in the game, and it shipped with V1.0.0. It borrows the Annihilate combat loop and aims it at waves of Venomshank's zombies instead of another team.
The objective is the Noisemaker. It starts at 1500 HP, heals 600 HP at the start of each intermission, and relocates every fifth wave. There are five possible spots. Zombies walk straight at it unless a player gets close, and if it dies, or the whole team does, the run ends.
You get 20 waves with ten second intermissions, stretched to thirty seconds whenever the vending machines restock or the Noisemaker moves.
The campaign restricts you to five Phighters, Ban Hammer, Boombox, Hyperlaser, Rocket and Vine Staff, and it rebalances them for the mode. Ban Hammer's Oathbound stops making explosions on kill, Hyperlaser's Hyper Ray now pierces, and Rocket's Eager Rocketeer gives back a single ammo on kill without the Haste or the faster fire rate. The Unchained endless mode opens the full roster.
Lobbies hold one to five players. Between waves you buy permanent upgrades from Sodas at vending machines, which offer three random choices and restock before wave one, at the end of wave two and every third wave after. A short squad gets two picks per restock.
A finished run pays out Bux, XP and Mastery XP scaled to how well you performed.
Progression, and How to Start
Progression runs on three currencies: Bux buys skins, XP levels you up, and Mastery XP is tracked per Phighter. Skins are cosmetic only, though they can add their own visual effects, sound and dialogue.
There is no code redemption system in PHIGHTING!, and that is worth saying plainly because a lot of Roblox guides lead with codes. To pick a specific server type you talk to Zuka in Crossroads instead.
Does PHIGHTING! have codes?
No. The game has no code redemption system, so there is nothing to redeem for free currency or items. The only code-like input is the server type you select from Zuka in Crossroads.
How many Phighters are there?
Fifteen, split five each across Melee, Ranged and Support. The Roblox description and the wiki roster agree on the number.
Is Crossroads Must Fall solo-able?
You can queue it alone, since lobbies hold one to five players, but the mode is tuned for a group and the zombie count scales with the lobby size.
Why did my Phight run so long?
Because of Overtime. If neither team meets the win condition at four minutes, the match keeps going until someone does, with a countdown that shortens each time the trailing team retakes the lead.
Is PHIGHTING! still updated?
Yes. The Crossroads update landed on 27 September 2026 and the wiki logged a follow-up version on 17 October 2026. The game is still labelled beta, so expect continued changes.

The Three PvP Modes
Phights run two teams of up to five, and the gamemode is decided by the map you land on.
- Annihilate is a straight team deathmatch. The highest kill count at the buzzer takes it.
- Conquer is King of the Hill. Teams bank collective time standing on the point.
- Escort is a payload race. Teams push a cart as far as they can from a central point.

- Pick a role before a character. If you want to learn the game fast, start with a Melee Phighter so the fight is in front of you.
- Read all six ability slots on the wiki before your first match. Cooldowns matter more than damage numbers.
- Play one full Phight and study the end screen. The MVP breakdown tells you exactly what the mode rewards.
- Try Crossroads Must Fall with a full five stack before you judge it. The mode is built for a group.
- Keep one Phighter you enjoy and push their Mastery rather than spreading your time thin.
