Wellness Update (October 16, 2026)
The latest update is the Wellness update, and it is the biggest of the three. It adds a brand new estate, a free open-concept bungalow, and a stack of wellness-themed props and tools.
The new Wellness Estate is the headline feature. It includes an underground grotto, an indoor pool, a sauna, a Brookhaven record player, and more. If you have been waiting for a house with a pool and a sauna, this is the one. The estate is claimable like any other house in the game, so head to the map and look for the new estate marker.
The free house this week is an open-concept bungalow with indoor and outdoor yoga mats. It is smaller than the estate but it is completely free and fits the wellness theme. The bungalow has an open floor plan, so you can roleplay a yoga studio or a relaxed home without walls getting in the way.

Hospital Refresh (October 9, 2026)

Military Update (October 2, 2026)
The October 2 Military Update added two new houses and two new vehicles, plus the most interesting tool of the month: the RPG Tool.
The Military Base house comes with a launchable missile and a helipad. If you have been building a military roleplay group, this is the base you want. The launchable missile is a fun party trick, though it does not do damage to players.
The Villa House is a free house with a vineyard aesthetic. It is smaller than the military base but it looks great and it costs nothing.

The update also added Jurassic World posters and three fence props, four military props, and five home decor props.
Jurassic World Event Weeks 1 and 2 (September)

How to Claim the New Houses and Vehicles
Claiming new content in Brookhaven is straightforward, but here are the steps for the new October items.
- Open the map and look for house markers. The Wellness Estate and the Villa House (from the Military update) should appear as claimable houses.
- Walk up to the front door and press the claim button. The house is now yours.
- For vehicles, open the vehicle menu and filter by category. The Armored Carrier, MRAP, and Rescue Helicopters should be listed under their respective categories.
- You can re-claim the free bungalow by going to any empty house lot and selecting it from the house menu.
- Props and items go to your inventory. Open the props menu and search by name (try "sauna" or "military") to find the new items quickly.
- The RPG Tool is in the tools menu. Equip it and fire at your feet to launch yourself upward.

The Wellness Estate is large, so it can cause lag on weaker devices. If your frame rate drops, try turning down graphics settings before entering the estate. The indoor pool area is the most demanding part of the map.
The RPG Tool boost is fun but unpredictable. Fire it at a slight angle rather than straight down if you want to land on a specific rooftop. You take no fall damage from the boost, so you can experiment freely.
For the Military Base house, the launchable missile has a cooldown. You cannot spam it, so pick your moment. The helipad on the roof is a nice landing spot for the Rescue Helicopters from the hospital update.
