Wanted is an open-world crime and action game created by DevvGames and released in August 2023. The game is set in Oasis City, a sprawling map where players choose between three roles: Criminal, Enforcer, or Mercenary. Criminals pull off bank heists, car thefts, and jewelry store robberies to build their criminal empire. Enforcers patrol the streets, arrest criminals, and collect bounties placed on the most wanted players in the server. Mercenaries take contracts from both sides and play the field.
The game has accumulated over 39 million visits on Roblox and remains one of the most popular Town and City experiences on the platform. The wanted level system drives the core loop: every crime you commit raises your bounty, making you a bigger target for Enforcers and rival players. Pull off enough heists and your bounty climbs high enough to attract serious attention, turning every server into a tense cat-and-mouse game. The cash you earn from missions and robberies goes toward unlocking faster cars, stronger weapons, and bigger safe houses that let you store your loot between sessions.
DevvGames has been consistent with updates since launch. Recent patches introduced a revamped Bayview area, three new mini-robberies, a reworked police paycheck system for patrolling Enforcers, and a jewelry store zone that is now fully PvP enabled. These frequent content drops keep the meta fresh and give both new and veteran players reasons to jump back in.

Expired Wanted Codes
These codes no longer work. If you try them, the game will reject them. Do not waste time on these.
- BAYVIEW
- EASTER
- ZORVELLO
DevvGames has kept a steady update schedule throughout 2026. Here are the major patches from this year, each of which came with a new code:
- Halloween Event Update (October 2026): seasonal content, spooky map decorations, and the HALLOWEEN code
- Money Laundering Update (October 2026): passive money laundering mechanic that lets you clean cash over time, plus the LAUNDER code
- Motorcycle Update (September 2026): new motorcycles added to the vehicle pool, Badlands area rework, and the MOTORCYCLE code
- Evidence Room Update (August 2026): new truck vehicle and evidence room robbery location, plus the EVIDENCE code
Tips for New Players
Start with the Enforcer role if you are new to the game. Patrolling and arresting criminals gives steady cash without the risk of a high bounty on your head. You will learn the map, the spawn points, and how the wanted system works without constantly being chased. Once you have enough for a decent weapon and a fast car, switch to Criminal for bigger payouts.
Always keep some cash in your safe house. Dying with a high bounty means losing a chunk of what you are carrying, so bank your earnings regularly. The safe house also stores weapons and vehicles between sessions, so invest in upgrades there before buying cosmetic items.
The DEVV and WANTED codes each give 10,000 cash. Redeem them as soon as possible to get a head start on your first weapon or vehicle. The UZI code gives a free weapon that is solid for the early game, and the BOOM code gives C4 charges that make bank heists much easier.
Play with friends whenever you can. Wanted is fundamentally a multiplayer experience, and having a crew to watch your back during robberies makes a huge difference. The game is significantly harder to enjoy solo, especially at higher bounty levels.
FAQ
How often do Wanted codes get added?
DevvGames adds new codes with most major updates. The Halloween, Money Laundering, Motorcycle, and Evidence Room updates each came with a new code in 2026. Checking back every few weeks is a good habit, and the official Discord server is the fastest place to hear about new codes.
Why is my Wanted code not working?
The most common reason is a typo. Copy and paste the code directly from the list above. If it still fails, the code may have expired. Wanted codes have short lifespans, so redeem them as soon as you see them posted.
Do I need to finish the tutorial before redeeming codes?
Yes. The code redemption system stays locked until you complete the tutorial. It only takes a few minutes, so do it first before trying to enter any codes.
What is the best role for earning cash?
Criminal pays the most per heist but carries the highest risk. Enforcer income is lower but more consistent and safer. Mercenary sits in the middle and lets you pick contracts from both sides depending on what the server needs.
Is there a Wanted Discord server?
Yes. The official Discord is linked from the game page and the Fandom wiki. It is the best place to check for new codes, update announcements, and find other players to team up with.
Can I redeem codes on mobile?
Yes. The code redemption process is the same on mobile, PC, and console. Just make sure you have completed the tutorial first, then navigate to Menu, Shop, Codes.
